Turrets

Turrets in «ProTanki» play an important role. The turret you choose will determine your individual playstyle: swift lightning-fast attacks or steady fire from protected positions.

You can upgrade your favorite turret. All turrets have four modifications: from the weakest to the strongest (from M0 to M3). In addition, turrets can be improved. The price of the lowest modification is quite low. You can try the most popular tactics even at low ranks without spending many crystals, but you will not get everything at once because certain turrets and their modifications can only be purchased from a certain rank.

Hulls

Choosing the right turret is only part of success. You also need to choose the right hull. In «ProTanki» there is a huge variety — from light and fast to heavy and well-protected. All of them, like turrets, have four modifications (from M0 to M3) and can be improved. You can try popular tactics at lower ranks without spending many crystals, but certain hulls and their modifications are only available from a certain rank.

Paints

You can improve the appearance of your tank with various paints. Paints not only diversify your tank but can also protect it from certain turrets.

Supplies

These garage items temporarily boost specific characteristics of your tank.

Ranks

Destroy enemies, capture points, carry flags: earn experience points and climb up the career ladder.

Experience

Experience — the numerical expression of a player's progress. When a player earns enough experience points, they reach a new rank.

Maps

Maps — worlds created by map makers. Every object is carefully designed, and the balance of power depends on their layout.

Battle modes

Show your skills in «Deathmatch» (DM) mode, or lead your team to victory in «Team Deathmatch» (TDM), «Capture the Flag» (CTF), or «Control Points» (CP). Choose the mode you enjoy most.

Format battles are PRO battles with equipment restrictions. Only players using specific turret and hull combinations can join. This also includes the special parkour mode with its own features.

Changing equipment

Allows you to change your hull, turret, paint, and purchase supplies during battle — an important tactical element to help you win more often.

Damage

Damage is a key game mechanic that determines how much health an enemy loses from your turret’s shot. This section explains how damage is calculated, what it depends on, and which turrets deal the most damage in different situations.

Crystal boxes

Crystal box is a special box that appears on the map during a battle and contains crystals. Its appearance depends on whether a holiday is taking place or it is a non-holiday period.

Crystals

The in-game currency used to upgrade your tank. There are several ways to earn crystals. See the main article for details.

Battle fund

The fund is the in-game reward pool that grows during a battle. It is filled by destroying tanks, capturing flags, and other actions. At the end of the battle, the fund is distributed among participants according to their contribution.

Product kits

A kit is a set of several items combined into one purchase. Kits are cheaper than buying each item separately. Some items in a kit may still be locked by rank, but if included, you can buy them early.

Missions

Daily missions are a great way to earn bonus rewards for completing combat tasks. Tasks can only be completed in regular (non-parkour) battles and require enemy presence: other players in DM or players from the enemy team in TDM, CTF, or CP.

XT equipment

Unique equipment with a special texture and an unusual way of obtaining it.

Premium account

A Premium Account is a pass that grants bonuses and privileges. It increases gained experience by 50% and provides a 100% bonus to battle rewards.

Passes

Passes grant access to certain in-game privileges. Participate in format battles, battles without supplies and/or upgrades, get special crystal purchase offers, and boost experience gain — all possible with a pass.

Rename pass

Renaming allows you to change your in-game nickname. This is useful if you want to refresh your image or hide your identity. This section explains how the renaming process works, including its restrictions and requirements.

Friends system

The friends system helps you stay connected with your battle comrades.

Gifts

Gifts are special items you can send to other players or receive yourself. They can be festive or personal. Learn how to give gifts, where to get them, and what options are available.
