The map was based on Forest map, which was reworked to its core elements for New Year’s festivities. It was a festive winter-themed battlefield set on a snow-covered island beneath a starry, aurora-lit sky. The map featured open snowy terrain with fir trees, concrete obstacles, ramps, and billboards, centered around a giant illuminated New Year tree.
