Did the Railgun XT and Hornet XT used to be available only to players who reached the Major General and Marshal ranks?

When the Railgun XT and Hornet XT were released on October 27, 2024, players holding the rank of Major General or higher could receive the Railgun XT, while those who had reached the Marshal rank gained access to the Hornet XT. However, with the February 23, 2025 update, that exclusivity was removed: now, all players starting from the Corporal rank can receive a special mission to obtain both the Railgun XT and the Hornet XT.
