When playing for '''<span style="color:#ff0000">Team Red</span>''' (attacking side), you need to deliver flags to the opponent’s point. For each flag delivered, the red team receives 10 points. Flags can only be taken by red team players. Same flag capturing rules apply to '''CTF''' except that you can't use {{hotkey|F}} to drop the flag because immediately after a player loses a flag, a point for an eliminated objective is counted to the progress of the defending side, that is why this function is disabled in this mode.

Assault (also known as ASL) is a unique team battle mode that combines the features of CTF and TDM. In Assault, players are divided into two teams, just like in other team modes, but each side has its own task.

The Goal is to score more points than the opposing team by either attacking or defending. Battles are limited by either points or time.

Description

Attacking side

As Team Red (attackers), your objective is to deliver flags to the opponent’s point. Each flag delivered earns the red team 10 points. Only red team players can capture flags, and if a flag bearer dies, the flag automatically returns to the red team's base. Unlike CTF , Assault features multiple flags to create a more dynamic experience for defenders.

Defending side

As Team Blue (defenders), the main objective is to prevent the attackers from delivering flags. Instead of a flag pole like in CTF , the delivery location is a point like in CP that belongs to the blue team and cannot be captured. The blue team earns 1 point every 10 seconds.

The game ends when one team achieves its objective, or if time runs out, the team closest to its goal wins.

Assault is not a regular game mode and was available only during the New Year's celebrations in 2023, 2024 and 2025.
